Anna Perrotta: Redefining Luxury Through Vision, Innovation, and Purpose

Luxury is often associated with beautiful objects, exceptional craftsmanship, exclusivity, and heritage. Yet the meaning of luxury continues to evolve. In a world where technology is reshaping communication, consumer expectations are changing rapidly, and brands are expected to create deeper relationships with their audiences, luxury is no longer defined only by what people see. It is increasingly defined by what they experience, remember, and feel.
Few professionals understand this evolution as intuitively as Anna Perrotta.
With two decades of experience spanning sales, marketing, public relations, business development, and events management, Anna has built a career around connecting brands with people. Her professional journey has taken her from Italy to the United Arab Emirates, from the world of media and automotive to prestigious jewelry and fashion houses, and ultimately to entrepreneurship through Artemis Luxe.
Today, she stands at the intersection of luxury, strategy, creativity, technology, and storytelling—developing new ways for brands to remain relevant without losing the human qualities that made them distinctive in the first place.
Her philosophy is straightforward: innovation should strengthen what makes a brand human, not diminish it.
From Italy to the World of Luxury
Born in Italy, Anna discovered the luxury industry at an early age. As a teenager, she worked as a model for major Italian brands, gaining an early understanding of the visual language, discipline, presentation, and attention to detail that define the luxury sector.
However, her professional path was not initially limited to luxury.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, Anna began her career in the sales division of RCS Media Group and later worked with General Motors. These experiences gave her exposure to commercial strategy, business operations, sales, and corporate environments. They also helped develop the professional foundation that would later become central to her work as an entrepreneur.
The turning point came when she entered the jewelry industry.
Anna worked with DoDo and Pomellato, two prestigious jewelry brands belonging to the Kering Group. Her experience with these brands allowed her to combine her commercial capabilities with a growing passion for luxury, jewelry, communication, and relationship-building.
It was more than a career transition. It was the discovery of a professional world that aligned with her interests and strengths.
The luxury sector gave Anna an opportunity to bring together business knowledge and creativity—two disciplines that would remain closely connected throughout her career. Her experience in public relations, events management, sales, and business development became particularly valuable as she began working across different markets.
Building Bridges Between Europe and the UAE
One of the defining chapters of Anna’s career began with her move to Dubai.
The transition represented more than a geographical change. It placed her at the meeting point of two distinctive worlds: the heritage and craftsmanship associated with European luxury and the dynamic, rapidly developing luxury ecosystem of the UAE.
Anna played an important role in introducing European jewelry and fashion brands to the UAE market. Her professional experience included responsibility for national sales for DoDo and Pomellato, becoming the exclusive distributor of Italian fashion company Paola Graglia in Dubai, and leading the opening strategy of Italian fashion company Imperial Fashion in the UAE.
These experiences required more than knowledge of luxury products. They demanded an understanding of markets, cultures,
consumer expectations, relationships, positioning, and the importance of presenting a brand authentically within a new environment.
Anna’s ability to bridge European luxury with the Middle Eastern market became one of the defining characteristics of her career.
In 2024, she launched Anna Perrotta International Advisory Partners, an advisory company created to assist international companies in defining and implementing growth strategies in the UAE.
The venture reflected an increasingly entrepreneurial direction: rather than simply representing individual brands, Anna was building a platform through which her experience could help businesses understand and navigate a complex and opportunity-rich market.
The Birth of Artemis Luxe
In 2025, Anna established Artemis Luxe, a full-service Brand Building and Experiential Agency specializing in Brand and Marketing Strategy, PR and Communication, Business Development, Digital and Creative Services, and Event Management for luxury brands and large corporates.
At its core, Artemis Luxe is built around a simple but powerful idea: brands need meaningful connections with people.
The agency acts as a bridge between luxury brands and consumers, helping businesses communicate their stories and strengthen relationships with their audiences. Its approach brings together events, experiences, and storytelling while adapting what Anna describes as the “European Code of Luxury” to the UAE and GCC markets.
Its services extend across brand consultancy and strategic PR, social media management and storytelling, influencer marketing, VIP relations and press office activities, and event management.
This breadth is important because modern luxury consumers rarely experience a brand through one channel alone.
They may discover a company through social media, encounter it through an event, develop trust through storytelling, engage with an influencer, experience a product personally, and ultimately become loyal because of the relationship created around the brand.
Artemis Luxe is designed to bring these touchpoints together.
Marketing AI: Technology With a Human Purpose
As Artemis Luxe enters its next chapter, Anna is expanding the agency’s expertise into Marketing AI.
For Anna, this is not about replacing the human qualities that have always defined luxury. Quite the opposite.
Luxury is built upon craftsmanship, savoir-faire, creativity, personal relationships, intuition, and authenticity. These qualities cannot simply be automated. Marketing AI, in Anna’s vision, should function as an intelligent partner that enables professionals to work more effectively while preserving human judgment at the center.
AI can automate time-consuming processes, accelerate market research, identify consumer insights, personalize customer journeys, optimize campaign performance, and support faster, more informed decision-making.
The significance lies in how these capabilities are used.
Technology can process information at extraordinary speed, but people provide context. Technology can identify patterns, but people interpret meaning. Technology can support personalization, but meaningful relationships still depend upon understanding human needs and emotions.
For luxury brands in particular, this distinction matters.
The objective is not to make luxury feel automated. It is to use technology intelligently so that professionals have more time and capacity to focus on creativity, relationships, strategic thinking, and the distinctive experience that customers expect.
At Artemis Luxe, innovation therefore becomes a catalyst for human excellence rather than a replacement for it.
Broadcasting: Giving Stories a Larger Voice
The second strategic pillar of Artemis Luxe’s expansion is broadcasting.
In an increasingly crowded communication landscape, even the strongest brand story can disappear if it is not presented through the right medium. Broadcasting creates another opportunity for companies and leaders to communicate directly with audiences.
Artemis Luxe is expanding into professional broadcasting solutions ranging from executive podcasts and branded conversations to live streaming of corporate events, product launches, conferences, and exclusive experiences.
This development reflects the changing nature of corporate communication.
Audiences increasingly want to hear directly from founders, executives, experts, designers, innovators, and personalities behind a brand. They want conversations rather than simply advertisements. They want access, perspective, personality, and stories.
Broadcasting can create that connection.
For luxury brands, the challenge is maintaining the same level of sophistication and authenticity across every format. A beautifully designed physical experience must translate into a digital environment without losing its character.
Anna’s approach seeks to ensure that broadcasting extends a brand’s reach while preserving its identity.
The result is not simply greater visibility. It is another avenue through which a brand can create recognition, credibility, and deeper engagement.
The Women Advisory Board: A Platform for Female Leadership
Alongside her work in luxury and innovation, Anna has also established the Women Advisory Board through Artemis Luxe.
The initiative reflects her belief in the importance of global female leadership and the value of creating spaces where women can be seen, heard, supported, and inspired.
For Anna, women’s empowerment is not merely a communications message. It is a purpose embedded within what she wants Artemis Luxe to represent.
Every woman carries her own combination of courage, ambition, experience, individuality, and grace. The Women Advisory Board is envisioned as a community that recognizes these differences rather than asking women to conform to a single definition of success.
Its philosophy is rooted in visibility and connection.
Women who lead businesses, build careers, innovate, nurture communities, and challenge traditional boundaries each contribute to a broader story of leadership. By bringing those voices together, the initiative creates an environment in which experience can be shared and new possibilities can emerge.
It also aligns naturally with Anna’s broader approach to business.
Whether she is connecting European brands with the UAE, helping companies develop growth strategies, or building new communication platforms, her work consistently revolves around relationships.
The Women Advisory Board extends that philosophy into a community focused on female leadership.
Recognition: Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2025
Anna’s entrepreneurial journey has also received external recognition.
In 2025, she was recognized with the “Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2025” award issued by CIOThink Awards.
The recognition comes at an important point in her journey. Her career has evolved from corporate roles and luxury brand management into international advisory work and the creation of Artemis Luxe.
Rather than representing a single achievement, the recognition forms part of a broader professional story—one shaped by adaptability, international experience, entrepreneurship, and a sustained connection to the luxury industry.
Her career demonstrates how expertise can evolve without abandoning its original foundation.
The Future of Luxury Is Human
The luxury industry is entering a period in which heritage and innovation must coexist.
Consumers continue to value craftsmanship, exclusivity, authenticity, and personal connection, while technology is transforming the ways brands research markets, communicate, create experiences, and reach audiences.
Anna Perrotta’s work sits directly within this transformation.
Through Artemis Luxe, she is building an agency that combines strategic brand development with experiential marketing, communication, digital creativity, events, AI, and broadcasting. Yet beneath these different disciplines is one consistent principle: technology and innovation should serve the relationship between brands and people.
Her journey—from Italy to Dubai, from media and automotive to jewelry and fashion, and from corporate roles to entrepreneurship—has given her a distinctive understanding of how brands move across markets and cultures.
Her experience with leading luxury houses, her understanding of the UAE and GCC markets, and her entrepreneurial ventures have shaped a perspective that combines European luxury heritage with the energy of a rapidly evolving region.
Looking ahead, Anna’s ambition is not simply to participate in the future of luxury but to contribute to how that future is experienced.
Her vision is one in which AI supports human expertise, broadcasting gives meaningful stories a wider audience, women are encouraged to lead with individuality, and luxury continues to evolve without losing its soul.
That may ultimately be the most enduring idea behind Anna Perrotta’s work: progress does not require abandoning what came before.
Instead, the future can be built by taking the strongest elements of heritage—craftsmanship, creativity, relationships, authenticity, and human connection—and giving them new ways to thrive.
For Anna, luxury has always been about more than what is beautiful.
It is about the story behind it, the experience surrounding it, and the relationship it creates.
And through Artemis Luxe, she is continuing to shape those stories for a new generation of brands, leaders, and audiences.
